Job and team description

Job description :

As part of the group’s growth, you will perform the following tasks:

  • With the OEM Unit Manager, you define the commercial, product and project strategy for the key accounts you are responsible for.
  • With the involved internal departments, you ensure the right customer support in terms of project follow-up, business activities, training, logistics, services and product evolutions.
  • You oversee the respect of the contractual framework stakeholder, the profitability and the sustainability of the partnerships.
  • You study and answer to the RFQ from those key accounts involving all your internal partners (Product, R&D, Sales, Logistics, Production, Finance…).
  • You ensure an active link with the M-extend France commercial team, sharing all information requested to carry out their mission.
  • You inform the company about sales forecast and opportunities (products and associated volumes), and participate in competitive intelligence.

About the team :

Reporting to the OEM Unit Manager, you will join a caring, committed, close-knit and complementary team dedicated to the relationship with tractor manufacturers and eager to find its future member.

You will be welcomed and will take benefit from a complete integration program, defined with you, including teams introduction, product training, CSR approach etc., allowing you a better understanding and appropriation of your future job’s stakes.

Additional information

Keys to success :

  • You have a theoretical basis (BAC+2 equivalence or more) completed with successful experience in commercial activities.
  • You have technical knowledge or sensibility (mechanics, hydraulics, and ideally in agricultural machinery).
  • You are sufficiently comfortable with the products technicities and their field of applications, to bring advices to customers and participate to specifications definition.
  • You are familiar with long cycle negotiation and sales, and with decision-making circuits of manufacturers.
  • You have good relation skills, and are rigorous and curious.
  • You are fluent in English and are able to communicate in French. German would be a plus.
